Rock Memorial is 100% black owned and women managed enterprise
that is formed on strong ethical and business conduct that makes it
one of the well positioned women empowerment enterprises in the
Free State.

It is currently trading and based in Free State, Botshabelo Township,
although is well positioned to provide its services across the borders
of the Free State into other provinces.

Rock Memorial Trading CC was formed by Ms. Mpho Maroele and Ms
Ntobizodwa Nqono in 2006 as a partnership and later was formally
registered as a Close Corporation to 2009.

Rock Memorial Trading CC is fully registered with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office (CIPRO)
as the Department of Trade and Industry
(the DTI) on the 05th of May 2009, is fully tax
compliant having registered with the
South African Revenue Services
(SARS).
